Athanor: Alchemy Merge is a single-player discovery game published by Pizza Hero Gaming. This policy explains what data the app touches, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it plain.
We don't ask you for a name, email, or account. Your discoveries stay on your device. The only third party that receives data is Google AdMob, which shows the rewarded ads that power the in-game Hint feature.
From you, directly: nothing. Athanor has no sign-in, no profile, no online account, and no chat. We collect no name, email address, phone number, or contact list.
On your device (local only): the list of elements you have discovered, your save slots, your in-game settings (sound, layout, filters), and tutorial progress. This data is stored in your device's local storage and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Automatically, via Google AdMob: when you choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive a Hint, the Google Mobile Ads SDK that powers those ads may collect:
This data is processed by Google for ad delivery, ad measurement, and limiting how often you see the same ad. We do not see this data directly; we only see aggregate impression counts and revenue figures in our AdMob dashboard. We do not use your data for targeted advertising outside the app. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone other than Google AdMob (described above).
Athanor is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has interacted with the app, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.
Athanor is available worldwide. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we don't hold any personal data about you ourselves, requests of this nature typically need to go to Google rather than us. For Google AdMob data requests, see Google's data & privacy tools.
Where applicable, the legal basis for our use of advertising-related data via Google AdMob is your consent or our legitimate interest in funding free distribution of the app.
Data exchanged with Google's ad servers is transmitted over standard HTTPS encryption built into the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Game state stored on your device uses standard Android local storage and is sandboxed to the app.
We may update this policy as the app changes — for example, if we add new features that handle data differently. We'll change the "Effective" date above when we do, and we'll note material changes on our Discord server. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
